Hosted Hughey Drive — Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 28, 2026
Hosted Hughey Drive is a managed file storage and collaboration service provided by Hughey House Productions LLC. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.
Pricing
Hosted Hughey Drive starts at $39/month, which includes up to 1 TB of storage.
Additional storage is charged at $20 for each additional started TB per month:
Up to 1 TB — $39/month
1–2 TB — $59/month
2–3 TB — $79/month
3–4 TB — $99/month
And so on
There is currently no additional charge for users.
Storage Measurement
Storage is measured approximately once each day around midnight.
Your storage charge is based on the highest recorded daily storage amount during the calendar month.
For example, if your highest measurement is 1.4 TB, your monthly price is $59.
Automatic Billing
By subscribing, you authorize Hughey House Productions to automatically charge your selected payment method each month.
Your total may vary based on your storage usage as described above. Any applicable storage charge may be added to a subsequent monthly payment.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.
Please download any files you wish to keep before your service ends.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your Hosted Hughey Drive subscription at any time. If we terminate your subscription, you will be given a reasonable opportunity to download your files when practical. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Your Files & Backups
Your files remain yours.
We take reasonable steps to keep the service reliable and protect against data loss, but Hosted Hughey Drive should not be your only backup of important files. You are responsible for keeping an independent backup of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Availability
We will make reasonable efforts to keep Hosted Hughey Drive running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or guarantee that data can always be recovered.
Acceptable Use
Please don't use Hosted Hughey Drive for illegal activity, malware, unauthorized access, or anything that could harm the server or other users.
Changes
We may occasionally update the service, pricing, or these terms. We will give existing customers reasonable notice of significant changes.
Governing Law
These terms and your use of Hosted Hughey Drive are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable laws of the United States.
